— THE MODEL

Modern brunch. Daytime hours. Full service.

Sunrise Social is a modern breakfast, brunch, and lunch concept built around bold flavors, hospitality, culture, and a social dining experience. The daytime model is the lifestyle case for operators: a single-shift business with no late nights, predictable labor, and a guest base that comes in early and stays through the afternoon.

— WHY BRUNCH

A category with real momentum.

Breakfast and brunch is the fastest-growing daypart in restaurants, and the daytime-only model is what makes it a uniquely attractive operator opportunity. Lower labor, no late nights, family-friendly schedules — the unit economics work because the lifestyle works. Industry-level only. No earnings projections.

— WHY THIS SYSTEM IS DIFFERENT

OPERATOR SUCCESS IS THE GOAL.

The infrastructure here came from the experience of being a franchisee at multiple brands. The standards, the cadence, the training — designed by someone who lived the day-to-day of running a unit, not just selling one. Every part of how we support franchisees comes from a specific gap experienced on the other side of the table.

— WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Operators, not just any investor.

Strongest fit: multi-unit operators and investment groups looking to scale a daytime concept with disciplined unit economics. Also welcome: hospitality-minded owner-operators with the financial qualification and operator mindset to run a unit to brand standard. The wrong fit: passive investors looking for a hands-off return. This isn’t that.

— FAQ

Common questions.

What states are you currently registered to sell in?

We currently operate in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Ohio with active expansion in additional non-registration states. If you are based in a state where we are not yet registered, submit your application anyway so we can notify you when we expand.

Do I need restaurant experience to be considered?

Direct restaurant experience is helpful but not required. We look for operator mindset, leadership, and the ability to run a unit to brand standard. Multi-unit franchisees with experience in other categories are a strong fit.

How long does the process take from application to opening?

Typical timeline from inquiry to opening is 9 to 18 months depending on site selection, build-out, and your readiness to operate. The FDD review window alone is 14 days minimum per federal rules.

What support do I get from the franchisor after opening?

Ongoing operational guidance, marketing campaigns, menu development, performance reviews, and direct access to corporate. The 90 days post-launch are the most hands-on. After that, support scales with your needs.

How is Sunrise Social different from other brunch franchises?

The brand voice and food are distinctive in a category that often defaults to formula. The infrastructure was built by an operator who lived as a franchisee at other brands and designed Sunrise Social around what works at the unit level.

What is the franchise fee and total investment?

The current franchise fee is $35,000. The estimated total investment range is $350,000–$700,000. Detailed figures and disclosures are available during the qualification process and in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
